Hot Fudge Sauce

1 (12 oz) Package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Butter
4 Cups (1lb) Confectioners Sugar
2 2/3 Cups Evaporated Milk
2 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1/8 Teaspoon Salt

Combine chocolate chips and butter in a large saucepan over low heat, stir constantly until melted. Gradually add sugar and evaporated milk, blending well. Increase heat stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 8 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and salt.
