Super Easy Salisbury Steaks

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion finely chopped
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 8-oz jars beef gravy (I like Boston Market brand)

Preheat oven to 350.

In a bowl, combine beef, onions, bread crumbs, egg, and 1/2 jar of gravy. Mix well. Form into 4-6 oval patties and place in baking dish. Pour the remaining gravy over the meat.

Cover the pan with foil and bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
